Wind Power Main Shaft 34CrNiMo6 DIN Wind Turbine Spindle Axis

The Shaft Spindle Is An Important Component Connecting Hub And Gear Box Of Wind Turbine.

Most Of The Materials Are 34CrNiMo6. Usually After Forging, They Need To Be Processed By Horizontal Lathe, Deep Hole Drilling Machine And Floor Boring Machine.

In Addition To Machining, a Variety Of Tensile Tests Should Be Carried Out.

Machining Process Route

1, Sampling Forgings; (Using Small Diameter Sleeve Drill)

2, Horizontal Lathe Rough Turning Cylindrical, End Face; Generally Speaking, This Sequence Processing Mostly Uses The Ordinary Horizontal Lathe, Uses The Welding Knife To Remove The Black Skin To See The Smooth Surface.

3, Processing Intermediate Deep Holes On Deep-Hole Drilling Machine; (Single-Pipe Drilling)

Taking D=80 Hole As An Example, The Machine Power Is 30KW, The Cooling Hydraulic Pressure Is 2MPA, The Flow Rate Is 250L/MIN, VC=95MM/MIN, FN=0.25MM/R, N=380R/MIN, FV=95MM/MIN.

If The Hole Diameter Is Larger, The Reaming Process Can Be Added, And The Maximum One-Sided Reaming Is 15 MM, That Is, The Diameter Direction Is Increased By 30 MM.

Large Holes Can Also Be Directly Processed By Single-Tube Sleeve.

4.1 Clamp The Big End, From The Small End To The Big End, Rough Lathe Processing, Semi-Finish Lathe Processing, Finish Lathe Processing Cylindrical, End Face;

It Is Recommended To Use Double-Knife-Plate Type Heavy-Duty Sleeping Lathe With Automatic Tool Changer Acceptor, Which Can Greatly Reduce Tool Changer And Tool Setting Time And Improve Tool Performance.

4.2 Clamp Small End, Lathe Processing Large End Face, Stop;

4.3 Clamp Large End, Finish Lathe Processing All, Lathe Processing Threads; (Spindle Support Part According To Need Grinding, Rolling)

5, Ground Boring (Or Drilling And Milling Center), Reaming And Boring Bolt Holes, Pin Holes, Hoisting Holes, Etc.

 

1, Forging Sampling : After Taking The Material, The Specimen Should Be Tested For Tensile, Impact And Impact At Minus 40 Degrees.

2, Sleeping Lathe Processing Rough Turning Outer Circle And End Face : Special Heavy Lathe Tool Or Lathe.

3, Processing Intermediate Deep Holes On Deep Hole Drilling Machine : The Use Of Deep Hole Drilling Greatly Saves The Time Of Traditional Drilling, Boring And Reaming.

4, Semi-Finish Lathe Processing On CNC Horizontal Lathe And Finish Lathe Processing All Outer Circles, End Faces And Threads : Heavy Horizontal Lathe With Main And Auxiliary Cutter Plate Structure: The Repetitive Positioning Accuracy Of Cutter Is (+0.003 mm), Which Makes It Possible To Align Cutter Outside The Machine.

5, Machining Large-End Holes With CNC Floor Boring Machine (Or CNC Planer Boring Machine)
